everton is a challenge mind. but being a toffee its actually quite an easy achievment if you do well in the 1st season..
arsenal are a very good bet, sell a few of the duds off for a fortune and the bring in good young quality players like van der vaart

prem div i'd go for either man utd, arsenal,liverpool or a challenge newcastle.
1st div i'd say wolves as they have a good little squad and and can get a few good premiership players

If i were you i wouldn't go for a big team like Chelsea. If you do, just the one mistake could get you fired so it is best to start off with an average team that still have money in their hands. For that team I would either pick Everton or maybe Charlton
