How do you get to Fortree City? I just Beat Flannery in Lavaridge and went through the desert.
Also, what badge do you need in order to use Surf outside of battle?

Post: #8 - 21 Feb 2006 20:21
you stepped to far there mate, I don't know that one, but I think you have to mix records with someone, who has got it, I think you need the E card reader, but I think thats at a nintendo event or just in America, hope it helps!

I heard and read about mixing records with someone who has a ruby/sapphire game with the Eon Ticket, but I don't know anyone with ruby/sapphire who has an Eon Ticket.
I also heard about getting it at a Nintendo event, but a Nintendo event is rarely held in Wisconsin and my family can't afford to go to them either.
I also heard about the E-Card Reader too. Thing is, the store near where I live that carried it is closing and the closest store of the same name that should have it didn't have when I went there.
Do you know of where I could get an E-Reader and the card for the Eon Ticket?
