Thats why you should buy Pro evo from independant shops. Because they usally have a saved file with the proper names and kits.
Plus Konami are working on more licences. They got the 2 main ones this year. Arsenal & Chelsea.
Pro Evo is real football. Its simulation.
FIFA is arcade style football, with an attempted mixs of realism. And that ruins it.
Pro evo - real football, not masked by big FIFA offical licenses.
FIFA - messy football where you only ever really score from crosses. Licences mask what could be a great football game.

I think I have worked out why FIFA is so bad to play. Its made by EA Canada. I mean, what do canadians know about football? Japan reached the world cup SF(or was that South Korea?), so they know something about football.

Pro Evo is a better FOOTBALL game. (known as the game of the professionals).
Fifa has its good points. Fifa faces look more realistic so you can decide which players you fancy. It also has all the kits, so you can discuss fashion ideas. Its got the actual Fifa license. So if your someone who buys things for the label (i.e Gucci, Von Dutch, calvin Klien etc...) Fifa is better for you. Fifa has pop music on it. So if you wanna dance round living room or bedroom its good also. Fifa also will give you consumer satisfaction. You buy it and somehow feel your a part of the in crowd or something. Probably never play it but you feel good.
Summary,
You know when you go to play football and there is kid who turns up in all the clobber. New "Beckham" boots, brand new lily white adidas socks. Clean shorts, Nike t-shirt, training top etc... Basically looks like they've just left the sports shop. You think to yourself, they must be good. On the otherhand you get the other kid who turns up in scruffy trainers, dirty kit etc.. And you think OMG. Then when you start playing the kid in all the new kit can't kick a ball for his life and the other scruffy kid is amazing! Thats the difference between Fifa and Pro Evo.

yes fifa is the best it contains more detail on in game graphics like players and game ball

i got a complete option file for PES. Sponsors on evry team and everything. so Pro Evo, is so much better even without the Liscencing so... 8-7 to Pro Evo!
