As far as I'm concerned, the Gran Turismo series has felt stale since GT2. That doesn't mean its a bad game or nothing, but it doesn't seem to feel you with excitement like the originals did.
As for the Veyron, I'm pretty sure its not in there. I'm sure someone else will let you know for certain.

I got GT4, thought it was great for a couple of weeks and have never played it since, got to a point where I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over again.

They do have the Porsche, it's called RUF. Don't know about the Bugatti though.
All Gran turismo's have seemed the same to me since GT2 (which I played to death) they are good but essentially the same game and therefore a bit boring now. They are not realistic enough though, you need damage and to be able to flip the cars and such.

Nope, there is no Bugatti Veyron.
Apparently; and this is only a rumour, Ferrari will be in the new version of the game when it's released for the PS3. And there's also been talk of rendering damage which would make the game a hell-of-a-lot more realistic.
Oh, and RUF are a completely different company to Porsche, they take the Porsche chassis and then build the rest using their own-made parts.

I highly doubt that there will be full on Burnout style crashes. It'll likely be PGR3 style dents and stuff.

Yeah, that's the type of damage they're looking to base it on.
