Can someone actually tell me where to find this bone or feaher?

really easy...basically you get a feather by killing a bird (chicken, duck, pigeion) and you get bones from killing big things (deer, goat, boar) you need to take the meat home and have skye cook it and after you've eaten it there will be bones sitting on the floor of your cave.
