I had the same problem but remembering some similar problems with other games I continued to run around.

You've got to go to the big hangar with the jet in front of it. When you are on the back of the hangar ensure you go to the left (use the parking lot) and then between the fence and the hangar forward.

When you reach a certain point you have a comm with Richter and he sends the other sergeant to help with the delta teams. Then you can enter the jet and the beacon is placed.

This mission “is” next to impossible; once you get Oz, you can no longer control Jefferson, so I guess the devs expect you to take out 25 enemy units with Oz alone? Well, this is possible because Oz is a sniper...

The trick is to pick the Delta force off one by one. Meaning you hit and run like a little bitch! They chase you only so far before turning back.

I did this from the north where the A-10's are. After the patrolling Delta force was eliminated, the infantry units were easy pickings (using the same hit and run tactic). Once the northern units were gone, I proceeded south to take out the rest.

The hardest part of this map was getting there then figuring out how to deal with the situation. My hats off to the devs; despite the suggestive adjectives I may have associated with them at the time

"mesawolf" When you start mission head directly west to the far left corner of the map & go up from there. At times when the enemy is around (red flashing triangles) go prone so that you are flat on the ground. Then once at the left side of the map you have to come back east until you are between two buildings. Its a road and you should see two enemy tanks. Go prone and get behind the boxes & this should start a clip that changes you to OZ. The tanks didn't see me when I crawled up behind the boxes!!
