Depends on personal preference really. If the idea of the virtual console interests you and the controller as well then go for it. As for a release, Ninty have said it will be before the PS3 launches.

with the revolution you move the controller and the game responds. such games as zelda mario and animal crossing will be great, as will games in the series of super smash bros. But with the ps3, you are going to get the games from the ps2 with sequels. So if you want GTA and all the rest of the classic PS games then get the ps3. But i think the revolution will be better. It is going to include the wireless internet play used on the ds but on the home console. Sure to be better than the Ps2 net play and the Xbox live flumps.

Erm....It's suppose to be cheaper (thus only twice as powerful as the gamecube) and they'll likely be working more on game play with the new controller rather than graphics which is a good thing in my view (wicked graphics are fine but not if the gameplay sucks)....plus you can play any old nintendo game.
Well that's what I've read anyway....we won't know for sure until they've actually been released.

The Revo is probably only going to be within the £100-£200 price band. The games will be cheaper than those on other consoles as well. The gameplay will be unlike anything you have ever experienced outside of an arcade... actual "hands on" gameplay. I'm looking forward to the Revo more than the PS3 simply because its different. Sure, the PS3 has better tech, I wont deny that. But will gameplay be all that different?

Have you actually used DS Wi-Fi? Compared to Xbox Live (on the 360 at least) is complete rubbish.
