forgotten how to get into the cinnabar island gym, have done so on crystal, yellow and blue but forgotten how to on leaf green please help smart people.

You need to go into Pokemon Mansion and find the Secret Key.

im pretty sure that missingo doesnt appear in this game, its a glitch anyway and might screw up your game so its not worth it
