lol i dnt realli get ya m8 u train by goin on the squad menu and click actions then trainin u can either do schedules or individual trainin.

the best thing to do is make training schedules for each and every different positions.
e.g. attackin drills and shooting drills for strikers. and defending for defenders etc

Tried All different training methods but my players become unfit, then when i reduce the amount of work they do they become unfit and then when i up there physical training (which should help there fitness) they become unfit.
