you go to mystic cave on island 8 and go left for lugia and right for ho oh u can get both

to Get Deoxys you must catch it on Emerald and trade it over.

the only way to get them is to get the aroua ticket. the onlyway to get that is to go to a pokemon rocks america event.

This may seem n00bish to you guys but I cannot seem to make my own posted topic so I actually need your advanced knowledge here. I am at the Elite Four and with some alright Pokemon and I have played it before (never beaten it yet sadly) and for some reason Lorelli is "absent" and so the pokemon elite four are closed "for the time being." what? How can this be...how can I move this ladie who is telling me and/or get Lorelli back! Please someone help me...
