I've signed a load of sensationally good youngsters with malaga, suddenly most of them are 'having problems settleing' any tips on how to keep them happy?

problem is the 16 year old players, i'm afraid they won't sign pro contracts and will leave when they get to 17.

if there 16 and unhappy i just wait till they no basic english or from what eva country ur from release them then resign them
