I'm currently playing:
I read in an online walkthrough that there is snow that can be unlocked by reaching level 9 of the Car Dealership side mission. I've gotten to level 9 but still no snow. All I've unlocked is the daily $4000. Does anyone know what I have to do to unlock snow in GTA Liberty City Stories? Or is it just like the snow that was in True Crime: New York City?
