Im stuck on the mission "shoot the messenger".
I dont know how to kill the ferrelis that are on the boat,how do u shoot on a boat.Or are u suppposed to crash them?

I'm currently playing:
dont shoot the people on the boat, shoot the boat...it explodes in seconds and kills both people on the boat...also if you hold the L button whilst aiming the cursor/reticule slows down
