I was looking at the cheats for this game and found a cheat to get lots of impressiveness. Thing is it doesn't explain it very well and i was wondering if anyone could explain it to me. This is what it said on the page that i found the cheat. I have put the bits i don't understand in double brackets like > (( ))
"Find the game folder and go to \Data\Balance. Open the file PlacementData.xml in Wordpad. Go to the third paragraph, ((which starts. ))((Change the line to . )) Next, just load up on of your saved games and place several villas. With this, your town will be powerfully impressive and you will win the land you are in. This affect all of your saved games."
