I won a friendly league and the press were really exited saying could i retain it whn i dont even no if therl be another one is tis a bug

It's probably not a Bug as such. The game realises that you've won a league and believes that you'll be defending that league again next season...sort of. It may end up being a yearly friendly tournament (i.e. Amsterdam Tournament)
