Is it in anyway possible to get ayala after the first season with 25000 wage budget?
Or any other good players you recommend?

You probably couldn't get Ayala on a wage budget of £25,000... I did manage to get Adriano on a free in the second season though but with a much higher wage budget, here's how I did it.
I offered Inter £40,000,000 for him but with the option to buy him at the end of the season. They accepted and I offered him everything I could. Now he only had a year left on his contract so as the season drew to a close, I withdrew my bid and offered him a contract which wouldn't ruin me financially, he then signed on a free for my Liverpool team.

yup, that's what i did to get like tons of players to my newcastle side. won the prem, fa cup and champo league with it
