Tony Hawks Project 8

Cant wait for this to come out, Ive seen some trailers of it and it has amazing graphics.

I quite liked 3 and 4, so hopefully I will love this one well.

project 8 should be good, i only wished it was on ps2 or xbox so i could play it. i've got 3, 4 and underground 2. I should like this 1!

I just love pulling off a load of random tricks and stuff, even though I'm not really all that great at the game.

I'm actually quite interested in Downhill Jam, as well.

the wardrobe on create a skater isnt that big im a bit disapointed at that

still good old TH though

Apparently, I've heard that the range of tricks you can now do is mightily impressive. If you ollie your board, press the right analog stick down and then wait a second or two then press the left analog stick in the opposite direction then it'll cause the board to do a 180° whilst spinning it and then it'll kick the other end of the board round in another 180° spin. Sounds confusing but when you see it done, looks mint!

olol Try picking up speed, go up a ramp and then press them anyway you want to see if anything happens. The main things you need to do it are speed and height.

its part of a new thing in the game called

"nail a trick"

you use the left to control your left foot

and the right analog stick to control your right

dont really like it

too hard to do

im gettin this game for crimbo or my bday (12th dec) not sure which 1
ive got evry single tony hawk game made for the playstation (1 and 2)

lol love the game almost completed it

started off ranked 150 as you all do

now im 8th and boyo was it hard to get their

i dont agree with this guy randomly posting saying this game sucks, but i do think it sucks, im proper dissapointed without the online play, where did that go? it was amazing!! the game itself, its gone waaay overboard, with the super fake tricks and dat, everyone should take a look at 'Thrasher - Skate And Destroy' that was a classic.

Nobody likes the graphics yeah (Thrasher - Skate And Destroy), but the realisticness of it, orgasmic lol (ignore that) oh and the music, real hip-hop der, the classic stuff, i dont listen to american rap no more (grime!), but 'A Tribe Called Quest - Award Tour' is a bonus for me on this game...

also, the sponsorship on it, thats cool real companies, not fake big companies like birdhouse (ok some of them are good) and adio all the time...

and yeah lol, the sticker slaps... -.-
the backflips... -.-
the slo-mo... -.-
the style the skaters wear... -.- (urban... like WTF?!?)
this game aint new at all... the free roam is terrible, someone tell me something good about it...

tell me though..
if it was realistic it would be crap

your skating would be very restricted, if you jumped from a very high height your board would break
if you tried to do a 900 and failed then you would die lol

the ups about tony hawks project 8 are The graphics, the soundtrack,the gameplay,the career mode

the downs about it are
the customizable clothes - T.H.U.G.2.Remix looks better customizable wise, the nail the trick feature, the soundtrack

Whats wrong with nail the trick. If you can't do it, practice, if you can and don't like it, don't use it.

its just irritating
trying to get 1st ranked when the last things you have to do are the nail the trick on sick settings..

well i never bothered doing the slo-mo flip thingy lol, i been playing on WoW alot recently, i prefer T.H.U.G2 tho
online play is amazing too
