It's BETTER, in my opinion! Without the inclusion of the NES games, the disc would've been in my Gamecube as little as the DS card has in my DS.

No, but there's going to be one for the Wii. Apparently you will be able to receive downloadable content for some games over night, even if the console is switched off. I assume this applies to Animal Crossing, as that would be perfect for the game! You will also be able to enter other peoples' villages even if they are not on, which makes a change from having to arrange times and dates every time.
That's all I know, at the moment.

The Wii never had a scheuled launch date. Nintendo have only (ever) said Q4 2006. My bet would be late October/early November. I personally wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't launch here until 2007.

Really? Well that's what I have read in many news articles(and I believe in some magazine), anyway. I'm not too sure.
