This may be a question you all find stupid, but I can't get the rat suit or I can't find it whicheve one. I have to get rid of the 3 aliens but I have never had the rat suit. Help Please!

You need to go to the 'Rat Cave (Basement) and when you enter the area a message will appear saying...
"You've discovered the former lair of the 'Ratticator'. Everything you need to fight crime is here!"
Once you go through the pipe you should find the 'Rat Suit' and if you put it on you become the 'Ratticator'.
