I'm currently playing:
iv noticed 99% of my teams morale is superb but half the team is unhappy coz i dont use them enough
would this affect their play???

yeah i think so. but i think you only notice a difference if it's below 'okay'

yea just give them a 4 minute sub appearance might cheer them up a bit , an yes morale does affect performance.
