Its a great game but there are easy shortcuts (i.e when liberating a town, village or villa get a chopper with rockets go into the air and just blast the hell out of anything you can)

In response to the aiming question. You can actually lock onto your targets instead of manually aiming and shooting. This makes it much easier to kill people and lowers your chance of dying.
Me and a few friends hired the game out for a party one night and when everyone was asleep I was trying to complete it in 4 hours... didn't manage to do it though. Got up to the part where the motor home had been parked next to the beach. But the best thing I liked on the game is the way you can enter a vehicle by jumping on its roof then kicking the door in. T'was mint!
