I'd like it to be more realistic. Like you pick up good looking, intelligent girls at nightclubs only to find that in the morning, they have a face like a well spanked backside and are fat enough to have their own orbit. 
On a serious note, I think it would be dead cool if there was more than one city and you had the ability to travel between them. That would be cool. Maybe introduce cuty's in different country's? May be a way off that yet though.

I'm currently playing:
we had a thread like this before, just about every thing was disscussed in it and a tonne of suggestions were posted. of course mine were the best
clicky i dont think theres anything else to post on there so dont bother bumping it for no good reason....

it would be good if your actions had an effect on the storyline so the game could be replayed with different endings and missions and stuff

sports games need great graphics

A bit like True Crime: Streets of LA... your actions decided the outcome of the storyline because there was two parallel storylines which ended up meeting each other at the end. T'was quite good the way they did it.

I'm currently playing:
san andreas was a country
as was vice city
and liberty city
i think that all three of them should be in the game
and you start off as a no-body in one of the city's *you can chose which one, also being able to create your own character*
and you can work your way up through the city, then chose which city you want to take over next, then take that over, and move onto the final city and take that over
then look after your empire
