the sims is probably too violent for curry's as well because you can make the sims hit each other and you can torture the children curry's should not be allowed to sell games if they ban one game because it's called bully but carry on selling 18 rated games which are more violent than bully

When they changed the name I don't think it'd been released to shops yet in order to sell on so no, I don't think they did recall the game.

I found a right gem in Currys in Guildford. That rubbish fishing game on the Dreamcast for £25. Surely the Dreamcast itself costs less than that now.

has anyone ever bought a game from currys?..... ever?

this will have absolutely no negative effect on the succes of the game, plenty other of chains will sell it. if any thing it will make people buy it more. out of curiousity.

Guys, I work for Currys and in my opinion this title wouldn't have been stocked by us anyway - our market share in the games sector has (in my opinion) been steadily in decline - in fact they have just cut the size of our section in half. The issue is profit and quite simply with the internet and supermarkets being super-competitive, in games there just isnt any anymore. As i said, the game wouldn't have been stocked anyway & it's just the media jumping on the bandwagon again (GTA Anyone??).
As for pricing - some of it completely sucks but just occasionally you can find clearance titles for 47p - you dont get that in Game - just ask the shop floor manager.

i know this isn't currys, but i was in GAME on saturday and they were selling fifa street 2 for £14.99. i then saw the same game in the preowned seection and it was priced at £24.99!!

lmao, pathetic innit, midnight club III dub editon remix, £15, i tried exchanging my godfather limited editon with it, they offered like £5... and they were selling the godfather videogame for like £30... sh*te
