Note: This only works on Play the Sims mode.
Note 2: This cheat doesnt work if you have a baby in the house because it is considered as a piece of furniture.
If you are having trouble with your Sims' moods, exit to neighborhood after saving. Then choose evict family, just evict family and then you choose move a family in, move that same family and enter house. Now your Sims will have good moods! (Repeat as desired.)
