purchase a meteoride off the internet and use the phone booth in simquarter and u can go to moonbase

the metorite is never for sale though and if it is how much does it cost

There are only some ways to get the meterite. You can only get it off of the internet shopping at some times. (This is Random.) The items are changed every day, so check often.
