first of all ull need like 5 or 6 Linoones(they have ability to pick up items) once u got that u can go anywhere in the hoenn region and fight wild pokemon and ull soon see that ur linoones carrying a pretty decent item. But for the best places u should go to cave of origin and that place were groundon/kyrogre awakes(the place were team magma took there submarine to). There u should go and walk around in the caves, fight some pokemon too (make sure ur linoones are pretty strong)do this for a while and ull find rare candys, hyper potions and hull heals.... For me i did this forl ike a day and guess what i found a MASTERBALL i swear in the seafloor cavern man it was worth it cause i used it to catch Rayquaza.

i have no proof that u r lying so i will have to take your word for it that u found a masterball.
spending a day walking about being pestered by pokemon must have drove u insane. after trying to find a feebas i ended up destroying every pokemon i found because all the daft tentacools kept bothering me, those carvahana's too.
