go to options then keyboard then advanced then tick "developer console".
Start a game you wish to cheat on, when playing press ` (the tilde key is on the left of 1 and below escape)
Then type "sv_cheats 1" [enter] then "mp_restart 1" [enter] the game will restart.
Now type "impulse 101" [enter] to get every weapon + ammo
"sv_gravity 600" (600 default [check this]) change for low/high/no grav (0 is none) eg.
sv_gravity 0 [enter]
"noclip" - fly thru walls / fly mode
"god" - god mode / invincibility
Rest can be found through google
