who said the game was over the first time you defeated aku? start your saved game again it will start back at the hotel withjack having the same amount of health you defeated aku with. play the game untill you get halfway up to Neo Retro Tokyo (whatever that place is called.) you will fight some dude. when you win the battle, the guy drops the Bagpipes. thats how you get them. i still do not know what they are for though.
