if you go to Bills office you can see little portals. Go into one and all your pokemon (even in the pc) will be lv.999.

If you want people to believe you, you need pictures, and besides there are no super cheats like that on any of the advance games. They are bug free and there are no cheats that don't bug up the game in some weird way (my poor silver version suffers). If you're going to cheat these poor people, at least do something believeable"
p.s. is you're favourite number 9 or summat? my bro said u had another cheat on level 99 pkmn as well
