Mew & Celibi
Ok...All you have to do is defeat the Elite Four 12(ONLY 12 TIMES!!!) times and you can get Mew in the Cave near Cerelan WILD, AFTER you get Mew you can get Celibi in Victory Road! ( I don't really know if this ABSOLUTLY works, I am trying it but have NOT done it yet! So...if it doesn't work...sorry!

I won't be checking now,since I have done the pokemon league about 23 times but you probably can't catch them.

i have tryed to find groudon but i just don't know where i can get him

the only way to get groudon is to trade with ruby,sapphire or emrerald there is no other way, a part from action replay, game shark or some other cheat system

You can get groudon by getting only 3 badges and then talking to the guy in the building next door to him and the guy will give you one. level 35

ya cant get groudon that way, he only gives you a rod
