Veteran Forum Members

A common question recently has been what makes a veteran member of the forums? We have stated that this is awarded for "exceptional contribution" to the site.
To clarify, we have complied a vague set of guidelines of the kind of attributes that we are looking for...
1) Be a regular visitor to the site.
2) Post count within the top 1% of all users.
3) Demonstrate a willingness to help other members.
4) Abide by the rules of conduct.
5) Senior member status.
This list isn't exhaustive and a user does not necessary have to meet all these points, they are just guidelines.
Veteran status can be withdrawn if we feel a member no longer meets our criteria.

Ah-ha! So that's what it means! From my post count, it's gonna be a
long time before I'm a vet. Although I'm willing to help other people, and I go by the rules of conduct, not to mention on the site almost every day. (Hint hint

)
EDIT: Actually, my post count isn't bad compared to some others...

1) You make a list of every forum member, starting with the highest poster at the top and work downwards
2) Work out how many 1% of forum posters would be, (if there were 100 forum posters, this would be one person, if there were 1000 posters, this would be 10 etc)
3) This is the number of people you will take from the top of the list. If we had 1000 posters, the top 1% would be 10. We take the top ten posters
