I tried to get a ten star too but never could i dont know for sure how or if u even can sorry i cant help

in my carrer i have got 3 10 star cars all u have to do is not go for best look just find the one to make the star rank go up. Upgrade everything for the body work and make sure u paint everthing. I did not find it that hard to get a ten star car.

put any sort of doors u want on ur car and put pulse neon lights in ur boot under ur hood and inder ur car
