if u gonna start a new season start as ipswich town, they r a ok team in real life but they aint 2 gd on the game,

Just go to the conference and take your pick, i don't think there is an 'easy team' to manage. Just generally pick 'unfashionable' teams

play as reading and get promoted,win the champo leaugue and then get offererd a job at another club/nation if your lucky!

get a job at blacpool they are quite hard to get promoted but if ur so good then get them in the prem and win the champoleague
