No level 2 parts for class B as far as I know, I'm at 70%.

What!?!? i have level 3 performance for my Saleen SR (class b) and i have Level 2 performance for Class A!! I unlocked it last night when I got them shipped when i beat Ceasar in Detroit.

yah i just got it, it's when you win 52 races. but the McLaren F1 is so much better (even though people say it's to light, it's not),
but i hate the end it takes forever to complete the final 16 races. oh well im gonna try to buy every vehicle and customize it w/ the most expensive (with look decency) parts.

only class A vehicles you can mod are the bikes except nitrous for the exotics otherwise now mods for the exots
