How do you get pets on my DS sims im not able to does anyone know how?

i cant remember how to get to this bit but u av to do a mission involving splicer island and then you get to the island and once its all refurbished you can make pets!

woah i get mine from the boayou brothers shack and it always disapears out of my house waah
