I'm sure I've heard it before on Bo' Selecta with Kelly Osbourne where she calls people "douche bags"... and it means that the person you're calling it is a complete and utter retard and doesn't have a clue what you are talking about.
Here's more definitions for the meaning of douche bag, enjoy.
Or, perhaps you are talking about a "douche head" which in that case, it actually means that the person it's aimed at has a head shaped like a doosh or that they have an incredibly ugly head/face.
But as far as I'm aware, there is no word that exists in any dictionary; whether published or online, called "doosh" so please shut up and sit down you lame ass clown.
