how do u get a blue pikmin and how do u go under water please

I'm currently playing:
Here is a nice walkthrough I made on how to get blue pikmin:
1. Gain access to distant spring
2. Go around giant hollowed tree stump with red pikmin and throw them on top of the scale
3. Have Olimar on one and Louie on the ground, throw the pikmin on the higher scale, have at least 50 with Olimar.
4. Defeat the flaming enemy
5. Build a bridge to the ship
6. Get white Pikmin to tear down some wall.
7. Get the yellow pikmin.
8. End day and go to the area with the blue pikmin and let them tear down the wall.
Have fun reaching other areas with the blue pikmin. You can go underwater with them.
