Go talk to the person in the university!! the one thats always asleep!! he will take the letter!! but u need to get the map for him!! to do this u go to Saltys river boat, go to the top level (into saltys room, up the ladder) and get the little blue thing that looks like a chip packet, then take it to him!! then talk to the Dective, and u will get the fan boat.

help, i am on mission s, part 5 but i can't distract winky weebucks (clone of daddy bigbucks), he is in the carnival, but there is electric fence, i am an animal. how do i get in?

I've made to Mission 4 - The Greatest Fear without help, but now it says that I need to "find a light" and "capture the albino alligator" how do I do this? I've looked all over the marsh and I can't find a light or an alligator!!!
