I'd be interested. COD2 mainly, and Garry's Mod. I'd pay £10-15 for it too I woulds.

That's what I mean, the $10 version.
Sorry, I read that again. The free version (Gmod 9) is on steam for free, pretty good, but crashes a lot. The retail version (Gmod 10) is also on steam, but it costs $10. It's a lot better than the free version, though.

id be well interested i reckon it should play like cs maybe a bf2 but they r really expensive an dont know that many people who play it on here, definatly not fm the online is crap waste of time an money.

OK, so it's been a while since we had an update on this. I've got a couple of questions too:
1) Would GT rent a server from another company or host on your own servers?
2) Would it be a dedicated server (that is to say would it host multiple games) or would it be a single game server, which is far cheaper?
3) If we go the way of an initial one off fee, how would you keep the server running if few additional people join up?

Multiple game servers would lag to hell.
I know something we can do, which is(even though its likely to be sh*te) ordering a free TS server, and discuss anything and everything, including whether the members want a game server, and if we do, which game or games...

It depends on where you rent the server from, Some places have servers for old games and new games that are very similar prices. A dedicated server would be the same price no matter where it's rented from.
