i have tried and tried to find the water guy so i can go up the mountain. am i missing something? i cant seem to jump into the cave without him but i cant find him. please help

im stuck cuz i know that i have to use him but i cant use chilla to get onto the ice so he can climb up the mountain. is this wat ur stuck on?
