i have 59 poes and can't find the last one also cant' find the lure this sucks

I'm currently playing:
The poe might be at lake hylia: Do the mini game where you grab a chicken, jump off and do a U-turn below the platform with the chickens and there is a poe there at night.
Go to snowpeak and race the yeti, on the course south of the mansion, there is a bluff and a pe on top at night.
Tell me if you checked (At night) and I will think of the next place you may want to go to. They are everywhere.
As for the lure, catch a catfish, pike and a bass, go to north part of the fishing hole and fish there (Regular fishing). Note: catch the fishes by lure fishing.
