Post: #1 - 16 Feb 2007 17:56
I've been offered a job to be manager by Colchester United and Rotherham United.
I'm in April of my 1st season. They've both played 44 games and Colchester are in 15th in League 1 on 55 points. Rotherham are in 16th in League 1 on 54 points.
Colchester United
Reputation - Regional
Finances - Okay
Stadium Capacity - 6200 (2500 seated)
Training Ground - Average
Rotherham United
Reputation - Regional
Finances - Okay
Stadium Capacity - 9800 all-seater
Training Ground - Aqequate
Which team do you think I should take over?

i've decided not to stay with cisco roma. i've got a month left on my contract and i've run them into huge debt, so the deal they're offering me is really bad.
does anyone know which training ground it is better to have? adequate or average?

Go with Colchester, from a totally unbiased fan

Average means there not great but there not terrible
Adequate means they will do, there no where near what the club want but they will do for the time being
Id go for Rotherham, there only a point behind did you say? And they have better ground (more finance) which means you can upgrade if you have to next season
