Ok its pretty simple once u find it hurt it and it will run away, get a zubat that noes mean look or a nosepass that noes block. find its area and go and find latias/latios it will hav da health the last time u hurt it use mean look or block so he cant escape, then hurt him a bit more and caatch him wiv an ultra ball.

it is very simple JUST FIND HIM AND USE MEAN LOOK WITH AN ZUBAT ( crobat and goldbat work to ) AN THEN USE AN ULTRA BALL ( you can hurt him if you want )

Well i have watched the tv already and i said blue when my mom asked what color. I'm looking everywhere but i can't find latios!
