i need 3 things so here they are:
1)i don't know how to buy the metal detector
2)i am stuck i never get any more objectives off frankie fusilli
3)i have perchased all the hotel rooms and i mean every single one but i only have 94%

You buy the metal detector at the store, (to your sim's right when coming out of hte hotel), but only after Frankie has told you to. Once you've bought it, you use it like you do the vaccuum cleaner.
You won't get another objective from Frankie until you complete the one you're on.
