I bought this game on friday and i love it, the world tour mode it pretty good with all of the mini games and tennis academy, also you can edit alot of your character and there are loads of tournaments to enter. 1 thing i dont like is when you need to rest when your stamina goes down. This game is sooo much fun when playin with friends(if you have any) and i reccomend gettin it if u have a 360, GREAT SPORTS GAME.
Has anyone else got it tell me what you think!

Played the demo and thought the constant diving was an absolute joke. VT was supposed to be all arcadey but this seems to punish me if I press A a second too early! I definately won't be wasting £40 on this crap!

that is exactly what i thought, but i believe the whole point of that is to be realistic.
but since i play tennis i know that when you run at a ball you prepare the swing almost instantly not once you reach it so really they have made it less like tennis because you never ever dive in tennis lol.

Been on the 50/50 line of buying this game (for PS3) for a few days now, lots of people say the diving isn't as much of a major issue as many people say it is.
Yet some say it makes the game real crap.

But Virtua Tennis was always an arcadey style game. It was always great, especially multiplayer. This is just dreadful.

I admit that the diving is unrealistic and too excessive but it is a fast paced arcade style tennis game that is best when playing against your mates

Its a very fun game toplay and great to complete.
A must buy in my books, i love it.
And as far as realistic goes, if i want to see real tennis that bores me i will go to wimbledon or down to the courts myself, the game is fantastic and no1 else is here to stick up for it because they are playing it now. lol
