VT3 ReviewI was going to buy it, but i like my games online

, and apparently the players dive too much.
From Gamespot:
The Good: Minigames are a blast; gameplay is as smooth as ever; crisp visuals.
The Bad: Strikingly similar to the last game; lobs are worthless; volleying is inconsistent; no online play.

Yep, thats the trouble with the PS3 at launch, not enough 2 Player games which is pretty dissapointing.
Just wait i suppose...

why does the ps3 version not contain online like the 360 version?
my opinion - if you like tennis you'll probably really enjoy it, if you're just a casual tennis fan and just like to play against other people not the best game on the market but still worth the money, if you're only interested in online play stay well away.

.

Apparently, Sega said Sony didn't give them the "necessary information about their online network to make coding the online mode possible"

"Rushed out the door" like most of the tripe PS3 launch titles.
Don't forget developers have been working on 360 dev kits for 2 years now, they're still getting to grips with the PS3 hardware.

its ok, there is a lot to do but the players dive too much for me to take it seriously, its so annoying cos theyll dive one way and then wont have time to get back up for the opponents shot in the opposite corner.
