Plug it into the TV (obviously) I normally use channel zero coz it doesn't get used for anything else. Go into the TV menu and look for the tuning facilitys. I always use manuel tuning coz automatic doesn't always pick it up. Search through and store. Simple as that...i think.

Does your tv support scart? You can get ps1 scart cable from most electrical shops: Maplin, Currys, or any game shops. You can check form the internet as well. This is the easiest and quickest way of tuning your ps1. You don't need to switch your ps1 on, and no tuning is needed, as the signal is picked up by your tv automatically when you start to play a game.

If your tv only supports RF then you have to go to menu on your tv and tune to the channel. Make sure your ps1 is playing a cd or game disc during the tuning as the tv tuner must receive this signal. Once tuned to a channel, and you can see your game playing on the screen, save it on this channel. It's done and good luck.
