So you want people to make there own minds up? Then why ask them to compare the graphics? Clearly your pursuading them to go for PS3/360 with this...

Like I said, wait until the game comes out, and we will see the sales and comments for each version. But if the gameplay for the 360 version of FIFA is the same this year as last year, count me out tbh...(to slow, too restricted, not freeflowing enough, although PS2 FIFA was decent)

thats just the 360 version was very rushed, the xbox version was very good, then the 360 version attmepted to redesign the game completely but never quite finsihed the job and it ended up being crap. If they put as much effort into it this year as they did older versions it should hopefully be pretty decent

That 360 version wasn't harly next gen, as jonski said, it was quickly rushed onto the console.

Wii has out sold 360 AND PS3 by a long way, but PS3 kicks the Wii's ass, So Fifa 08 will probably recieve more sales on wii than PS3, thats just common sense.

Theres no realistic movement in the Wii game, i was watching on TV (SKY Channel 291) and they were showing you Ronaldinho and Robinho and loads others making movements with loads of things on them so they can put there movement into the games, YES, on 360 and PS3, didn't mention the Wii.

I personally reckon the game will be a huge let down (Unless your 10 years old) Who wants to play kick ups with a cartoon ronaldinho?
Not me, i want to play with my friends with a game which has good graphics which IMO makes it better to play.
And you play the Wii version and then play the PS3 version, you won't want to go back..

i dont care about graphics, sure, it may be a bonus, but afterall STOON - the ninty dudes were mainly going for pure good old fashioned GAMEPLAY when they made this console... so why dont you just STFU because you are now beginning to get right on my bloody nerves!

The point i made which you quoted was that, Gameplay will be better on PS3 and 360, due to more realistic movements as i explained in my post above.

This argument is never going to end because Stoon thinks Visuals = Gameplay and others do not.

Because it LOOKS more real!
A technique in a player can be shown in 720p and 1080i, 1080i is going to be more realistic, meaning the gameplay will be more realistic..

Graphics are a HUUGGEEE part of games these days, and Fifa will be the begining of the end for the Wii.

Wii Gameplay is fun when your with friends/drunk/with friends + drunk

but the only good game to play on your own i'd say is zelda

The problem is defining gameplay is so individual. You will like the way one game plays and others will hate it because it plays that way and vice versa.

Its why there's so much variety in terms of consoles and games out there for all us gamers.

Stoon, your too opinionated. The games will play EXACTLY THE SAME, USING THE GAMEPLAY MECHANICS, but the Wii will use a different, unique control system. The gameplay, just because its on a more powerful system, won't make a different to how the EA will structure the gameplay. It will be the same, but with the normal control system for PS3/360, and something different for Wii.

And TBH, EA have had 2 cracks at FIFA on the next-gen consoles, and both have been mediocore(my opinion) at best, so unless they have some Uber new gameplay mechanincs, ALL of them will be poo.

I just hope it turns out to be alright on Wii, as I said before I wont know if I personally like it until I get it and play it for myself.

I'm just loving Fifa 07 on the PS2 a the moment, I would like a Fifa game I could enjoy on the Wii too.

Lol.. for the sake of a pocksy tenner, i would have a game with better in-game mechanics, graphics, and realism.

Im prouder of having a PS3 more than i would a wii, if i wanted a wii, id buy one.. but no..
