resident evil 4 wii edition

OMG this game is like, totally AWESOME. i never played the GC original, which is even better. has anyone else got this game? 'cos you should. because the main new feature, the controls work surprisingly well and it gives a tiny rumble when your crosshair goes red which is very satisfying somehow, and like, aiming with the wiimote is rea;;y cool 'cos like you're surrounded and you've got a shotgun going POW, *click*, POW, *click*, POW, *click*, mowing 'em down. OMG all ii owners, you NEED this game. also it's really scary in the dark at midnight when all is siltent and some hideous thing jumps down behind you and EMBEDS A PICKAXE IN YOUR SPINAL COLUMN or EATS YOUR HEAD OFF WITH GIANT MANDIBLES ON A GIRRAFE-LIKE NECK!!! mwahahaha!!! oh, wait YOU'RE the one who dies. *gulps*

It is a great game - one of the best title on GC. I couldn't warrant purchasing it again for Wii though considering I could just play it on my Cube, and I know the game inside out.

My friend bought it though and he absolutely loves it. I have to say there is nothing more satisfying than flicking the Wii Remote to reload, after you've just pumped something full of lead!

yeah, the first ever game where reloading is FUN. you hold B and yank down on the wiimote... ahhhhhhhhhh... lovely.

the Wii Edition i'll have you all know, is actually based on the PS2 version of the game, and i have the PS2 version...

however i really want this Wii version cos it really does look very cool, and i WANTS IT

Edge have apparently named it as 2nd best game of all time (Resi 4 generally not the Wii version) in their new list (which is made up of reader's votes)

Not sure I would go that far but it is a great game.

Oh wow how brilliant nintendo bought out a year old game and stuck it on there wii and added a few new controls!

You wii fanboys will fall for anything.... You'll actually pay money for an old game with a few added controls...

I said it was Edges list not mine. It wasn't the Wii version that was named a second best game, just the game in general.

Goldeneye was made by Rare.

Plus I know all about the N64 thanks so I don't need reminding what an awesome console it was.

Resident Evil 4 is NOT a FPS - for goodness sake play a game through before you slate it to the ground, it just makes you look stupid and arrogant.

wtf? ive played and beaten resident evil 4, and it has way way better graphics than ps2 version. i sold zelda twilight princess cause once you beat it, it sucks! but after you beat resident evil 4 you can keep playing and restart with all your stuff and save up money for an infinite rocket launcher!

You dont get a true taste of this game till you snipe off a zombies head with the semi-auto long range rifle!


P.S. earlier in this forum i noticed you are calling thse people kids as if you are like older and superior or something, lol and then later you call someone in this forum a noob (immature behavior)

A) if you are an adult than you are really immature and seriously need to grow up.

B) you're probably just a young adult or kid that trys to offend more mature people by calling them little kids.

how would you know any of this stuff?

i have the game, and i have compared graphics and everyone i know agrees. what you just said was somewhat true but they are renivated graphics not copied.

and the game itself has even said the graphics are better than both other versions, where are you getting this crap info? hopefully not from wikipedia cause that is the most unreliable site since people can edit pages. lol nice move
