Helicopter in the Garage

When GTA:LCS came out, I figured one of the first things to edit would be the save files, but like everything else on the PSP, they're encrypted. I've been working off and on since the game released to try to get into the savefile to edit it, and now a month later I finally got in! I'll be able to do even more with this than I did in San Andreas, but first off, time to edit helicopters into garages.

There are lots of buildings without roofs to explore, and some city blocks are unpainted inside and you get a psychedelic effect. I found an island of rubble inside one. It's really easy to get underneath the world if you want to.

These savefiles have a Police Maverick in the Staunton Garage. Unzip to your memory card and the files should end up in PSP/SAVEDATA/ULUS10041S0. It replaces your first game save.
US/Canada version: HeliInGarageUS.zip
UK/Europe version: HeliInGarageUK.zip

It looks like it's easier to push it out with a car. Before opening the garage door, go out to the street and get a car. Get the PCJ out of there and park the car in the back behind the helicopter, then turn the heli's tail to one side with your head. Get in the car and push it out.

No problem done it now, wow you would be quite amazed of how high u can go in that helicopter, but most of the buildings seem hollow.

Yeh, apparently only a few actually have roofs!

I found a few with roofs, but most of them are like 1 big glitch.

What, do you keep flying into blue hell?

Sort of, if you fly into a building woth no roof its just all blurry and wierd, most of the time u will just blow up but sometimes you can just appear on the back on the ground. There is some woerd stuff in the buildings. But actually there is more buildings with roofs than there are without. helicopter can't fly that high but higher than it could in vice city.

Im going to try and get into that stadium on staunton island and see if if its actually solid ground this time unlike gta 3.

Oh you can land inside it on a solid ground but its all blurry and wierd and you can see what ya doing. stupid stadium.
